REGISTRATION LOCATION: Countryside Sportsplex Clubhouse
McMullen-Booth Rd., ½ mile north of Countryside HS
REGISTRATION DATES: Jan. 25th thru March 8th
How to Register? --- Sign up on line or bring registration form to the Sportsplex or Eddie C. Moore Fields after 6 PM Monday - Thursday night.
New Players – 1. Please bring a copy of player’s birth certificate.
2. Any player registered to another Club must bring writtenPermission from their Soccer Club’s Agent of Record allowing
them to participate in this Spring Soccer with the Clearwater
Soccer Club --- without this permission, they cannot register.
Season: Updated Start Dates (announced 2/23)
1st Practices start March 8th
1st Games start March 13th
Age Groups:
Little Kickers- Players age 5 thru 6
U-08 - Players age 7 thru 8
U-10 - Players age 9 thru 10
U-12 - Players age 11 thru 12
Schedule - All practices and games will be at the Countryside Sportsplex
Volunteers are Needed- please give us some of your time...
Weekly Schedule for Practices:
Little Kickers - Monday Nights – practice & play - 3v3 Format
U8 - Tuesday Night Practice & Saturday Games - 4v4 Format
U10 /U12 - Wednesday Night Practice & Saturday Games - 6v6 Format
FEES: Micro Soccer & Little Kickers & U8 -$90.00 per player
U10 /U12 - $90.00 per player----- $5 sibling discount
Make all checks payable to Clearwater Soccer Club.
FOR ALL PLAYERS: All players will receive a T-shirt and participation medal.
